We are available 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. We can work with you to create a custom cleaning schedule that meets your needs.

Yes, we offer one-time cleaning services for events, move-in/move-out cleaning, and more.

Usually, we can do anything requested as long as; 

1- A specialist isnt required. 

2- A ladder isnt needed considering we do not carry ladders for safety reasons 

A cleaning includes but is not limited to: 

Cleaning bathrooms, coomon areas, floors, interior windows that are writhin reach, cleaning appliances etc. We come fully supplied to accomodate every client. 

Some tasks may require a specialist such as Carpet Cleaning etc.  

Laundry of linen and towels is ONLY upon request at an additional fee of $50. This exclude Ironing services. 

The machines must be on the premises and the detergent providec. 

By requesting laundry you agree that the items to be washed are suitable to be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. 

Our Cleaners can wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry withing the allowed time. 

It is recommended to at least be there initially so you can provide access to the cleaners. We also ask to provide an initial walk through to pinpoint the areas you want the cleaners to target. You may simply return at the end of the cleaning to do a final walk through.

If it’s the case you will not be present you may notify the office the location of where a lockbox will be with the code or if there is a hidden key. We advise to also provide notes of what your main foces are to ensure the cleaning is up to your expectations. 

Not exactly. Our cleaners can ONLY perform a general wipe down of the windows from the interior. 

If you are requesting a cleaning your windows and windows tracks form both the interior and exterior that is with our Window Specialist.

Cleaning appliances is upon request. Usually this is included when you request a Deep Cleaning. we will clean Refregirator, Oven, and Microwave.
